Becoming the healthiest state in the nation

  • Boosting emergency department and emergency access reforms.

  • Establishing virtual access to specialist mental health care for children in rural and remote areas.
  • Establishing Older Adult Care Hubs and expanding the WA Virtual Emergency Department.

Ensuring everyone has a home

Housing completions reached the highest level in 7 years in 2024, but focus on boosting housing continues.

  • Investing in housing enabling infrastructure to unlock more homes.
  • Continued focus on growing the construction workforce.
  • Delivering stamp duty relief for first homebuyers.
  • Continued significant investment in social and affordable housing.
  • Shared equity loans for new apartments and townhouses and modular homes.
  • Doubling GROH construction program and establishing a Regional Housing Support Fund.

Building safer and stronger communities

$1.1 billion investment in services that support and keep our community safe.

  • Boosting frontline child protection and out-of-home care services.
  • Doubling down on our efforts to curb the scourge of domestic violence.
  • Investing in WA Police to keep our community safe and catch hoons on our roads.
  • Supporting PCYCs and expanding early intervention and diversion programs.

Growing WA sport and entertainment

We're investing in more sport and community infrastructure than ever before.

  • Investing in changerooms, lights, courts and facilities across the State.
  • Upgrading women's sporting facilities.
  • Supporting participation through Kids Access All Areas Pass and $300 KidSport vouchers.
  • Backing WA sport including the establishment of a new NRL team.
  • Investing in Burswood community, entertainment and sporting precinct.

  • Delivering tracks, trails, jetties and campgrounds so locals and tourists can connect with our natural attractions.

Investing in regional WA

We're committed to delivering for regional WA, with a $10.3 billion pipeline of regional infrastructure investment over the next four years.

  • Boosting regional housing - doubling the GROH construction program, establishing the Regional Housing Support Fund and investing in regional projects.
  • Investing in quality regional health infrastructure, services and virtual care.
  • Cost of living relief including increasing the PATS fuel subsidy and Regional Pensioner Travel Card, halving Transwa fares, and Country Week assistance.
  • Guaranteeing new regional police recruits accommodation as they complete training in Perth.
  • Boosting regional road safety.
